Mapped fields not showing on Card Template

Hello all,

 

I'm configuring a card template and upon adding a Text element and selecting 'Field Value' for it's Field Type the Mapped Field is not showing up. Upon researching I've noticed that Field Type should be showing as a Multiple choice instead of an Dropdown. Do you have any solution in regards to this issue?
For any more info needed feel free to ask.

 

p.s.: Here's the properties tab for the text element.
