Hi, I have a question
When a user accesses a task from Now Mobile, I want to show the task's description field also.
How and where can I do this?

Assuming you are referring to showing the description on the record screen view of the task? You could either add the description field to the mobile card at the top of the record screen, or as a screen field on the details screen under a segment.
