Good afternooon all 🙂

I would like to know if it is possible to add an alias/short description on the mobile app under 'Who's on-call? Managers who would use the On-call scheduling on Agent Mobile do not always know the assignment groups so I want to add a short description under each group name that would be easier for them to recognise the group they're looking for.

Hi Thereza,

As per my knowledge and practical implementation experience, the screen shown in your screenshot appears to be a Lookup Record screen in the Agent Mobile application. These lookup screens are designed to dynamically return records based on the configured source and target tables.

Currently, ServiceNow provides limited customization capabilities for this type of screen, and modifications such as adding an alias or additional description fields are not supported out of the box. The available configuration options are generally restricted to standard List and Record screens within Mobile App Builder.

Because of this platform limitation, adding a secondary description or alias beneath the assignment group name on the lookup selection screen would not be feasible through standard configuration alone.
