We have setup the Now Mobile app branding and customization. When we download the app directly from the App Store or Play Store, and manually connect to our instances, we are able to see our branding, and configuration/customization.
We then setup the Now Mobile app via InTune, for distribution to iOS devices via Company Portal. When a user installs via the Company portal (pre-configured to connect to our Dev instance), they only see Notifications and Settings, none of our branding and customization are visible.
We are not sure why the manual download from the App store shows our configurations, but the InTune version does not. Any thoughts on where start to investigate?
