Now Mobile - Multiline text field blank after saving draft

I noticed in the Now Mobile app that multi-line text values are not properly restoring in a draft item. I'd like to see if others observe this issue. Reproduction steps:

 

  1. Go to a catalog item and enter a value for a multi-line text field
  2. Save a draft
  3. Leave and open the draft via My Requests
  4. Observe whether the multi-line text field appears blank
  5. Leave it as-is and submit
  6. Observe whether the original value you entered shows up in the ticket (it does for me, thought it appeared "blank" when filling the form). 

 

I am not sure if this is a problem in just my instances. My instance is on Washington. Can anyone else reproduce this?

Because, we are also facing the same issue....

Not at this time. I have not looked into fixing it, since it is a platform bug, I expect ServiceNow to fix it eventually, and don't want to customize related components.
