Hi, I’m working with SSO and encountering an issue. Could you please help me troubleshoot a problem related to the following URL: validate_multifactor_auth_code.do on my ServiceNow instance https://dev281098.service-now.com/validate_multifactor_auth_code.do,

I made sso Azure account and tried to SSO with Azure, but unfortunately, I am stuck at this stage now. I can't see the impersonation opt-in in my instance.

Hi,

Did you setup multi factor authentication on this instance? If yes you can login by that and disable the account recovery.
