Hi,
I have installed the ServieNow Agent on my android mobile and tried to login with the instance I'm going to configure but getting the following error message and not able to go forward.
unauthorized_client: The client credentials provided (those of the service you are using) are either not valid or not trusted
The instance I'm trying to configure is recently upgraded from New York to Orlando.
Prompt reply is very helpful for me to move further.
Thank you..
Babu Chokka

Hello Babu,
I'm not quite sure that it will help (because you are on Orlando) but have you tried this:
https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0726382
If it won't help, please open a ticket on HI portal so that ServiceNow guys may have a deeper look.
Have a nice day! 🙂

Hi Ivan,
Yeah, I tried creating the new entry for ServiceNow Agent in Application Registries but still I am getting the same unauthorized_client error.
Thanks Ivan, as suggested I will try to reach the ServiceNow people by Hi Portal.
Regards
