Hi All,
I hope you are all well.
I am slowly adding on-call schedules in snow, and they look ok when checking the on-call calendar.
The problem i am facing is that when using Agent Mobile app and select "Who is on-call" screen i select a group (mine) and there is an empty screen. no data is displayed.
why?

here is the answer:
it is empty during non-oncall times and details are displayed during on-call times.
