Partner Essentials: ServiceNow for Microsoft 365 Implementers, Open to all, this training is designed for individuals in implementer roles who need to understand the ServiceNow for Microsoft 365 integration.  The course walks through the process to Setup for integrating pre-published apps with Microsoft Teams, specifically for demonstration purposes.  After completing the course, you will be equipped to setup an integrated instance that you may configure, test, and demonstrate internally.  A solid foundation from which to build your organization's production rollout.

Hope this question can be answered here. The account being setup for installing/authorizing this integration "NOWMSFT_Integration" as the example. Is this account only needed and used during initial setup and configuration/authorization or is it needed past that time, say for any function to continue to work?

It is needed further also for generating OAuth tokens and continuous authentication purpose.
