How to re-link users accounts with SN for Teams chat disabled

Hi everyone,

I had to reinstall our VA bot for teams again a couple weeks ago, when I uninstalled the bot it un-linked all the accounts from SN to teams. Do you know of a way to re-link all the accounts in SN again on the provider_user_map table? 

Only way I have found so far is to uninstall and reinstall the teams app. Don't really want to have to do that if possible.

I ended up deleting the app in teams and redeploying to all users. Since we had the chat function disabled, this was the only way I could think of making it reconnect.
