When you click "Change Tenant", but reconnect to the same tenant, it does not allow you to reconnect the notify connector, request based chat, and SSO. Is there any way to remove a tenant, re-add it and re-trigger the app agreements?
*Adding an informational update* -- Confirmed adding a new tenant triggers a reset. But we really need to the ability to reset without necessity of having a second tenant.

Hi,
you could clear installed apps from table sn_now_azure_installed_apps to re-trigger App Authorization (consent).
When you type Tenant Connections in filter navigator. Servicenow for Microsoft Teams -> Tenant Connections. Once a tenant is installed, entry is store here. Clearing these two tables will help your case.
Thanks,
Ragu
