Hi all,
I have activated the Teams/Sidebar integration, and I am able to create a discussion from ServiceNow and get a response back to ServiceNow from Teams as long as there are only internal users in the discussion.
I have created a case with ServiceNow Support, and the issue seems to be with the email terminology for externals which contains "#EXT#" and apparently is not supported by Microsoft API, or ServiceNow for that matter.
The flow "Create Collaboration Chat" will end up in error and action to create a group chat will fail if an external is in the user list.
response body:
{"error":{"code":"BadRequest","message":"'user@odata.bind' field is missing in the request.","innerError":{"date":"date","request-id":"id","client-request-id":"id"}}}
I am also not able to modify the ootb flow or action, since they are protected by ServiceNow.
Did any of you get around with this limitation? or can point me to the right direction?
Best,
Suellen.
