Unable to initiate the Sidebar discussion with MS Teams, it keeps prompting the login window even after submitting the correct credentials
The integration of ServiceNow Sidebar with Microsoft Teams has been configured in alignment with the official guidelines provided in the ServiceNow Knowledge Base article KB1225842. The following key steps were completed as part of the setup:
Azure APP Permissions
Appropriate API permissions were assigned to the Azure AD app as per the recommendations and guide lines
Screenshots of the configured permissions have been captured and attached for reference.
Application Setup and Publishing:
As per the ServiceNow recommendations, the Sidebar application was configured and published within Microsoft Teams
User Profile Verification:
User records have been successfully imported and verified in the following ServiceNow tables:
sys_cs_collab_provider_user_profile: Stores collaboration provider-specific user profile data.
sys_cs_collab_user: Represents users participating in collaborative sessions via Sidebar.
