I learned about the Nebraska SNUG, which was exciting. I am an Application Analyst with Bryan Health and a ServiceNow Systems Administrator. We are about 2 months into the implementation. We are scheduled to go live in November 2026. I am excited.

Welcome aboard! This user group has many available resources to assist. I have a student here at Midland University who has been working full times this summer, as well as throughout the school year, learning ServiceNow administration with an emphasis on coding catalog items and record producer modules. She is looking for a paid internship when one becomes available.

Welcome! I’m a recent hire at Children’s Nebraska as their ServiceNow Engineer, and we’re also just implementing. Our go-live is in November. While I’m new to CN, I’m not new to ServiceNow. I’ve been developing for about 12 years, since Dublin.

Welcome to the Nebraska SNUG! We went live at Nebraska Medicine with ServiceNow in June of 2022. I have been working with ServiceNow since 2019.
