I learned about the Nebraska SNUG, which was exciting. I am an Application Analyst with Bryan Health and a ServiceNow Systems Administrator. We are about 2 months into the implementation. We are scheduled to go live in November 2026. I am excited.

Welcome to the Nebraska SNUG! We went live at Nebraska Medicine with ServiceNow in June of 2022. I have been working with ServiceNow since 2019. Hopefully we have an in-person SNUG meeting soon, it's been a while. If you have any questions/thoughts/ideas, feel free to reach out. Hello, Collyn. Thank you for welcoming me. Our go-live is a little more than a month away, and we are going into the UAT testing and training for the IT staff. It's exciting, a lot of work, and a constant process of reviewing. Like, did we get everything? What did we miss?
