How to report on catalog item variables

Hi,

I need to report on a catalog items variables and am not seeing a way to accomplish this out of the box or without a third party tool.   Has anyone else had to do this and found a way?   Currently on Calgary with lower landscapes on Dublin.

Hello Chris,

I have been working on an idea to do this with a similar method to "Affected CI", which uses a separate table (task_ci) to store multiple ci values that could be included in a change request without having to have a separate request for each ci.   So essentially, the "task_variable" table would be used to store the questions and answers of each request.  

However, I see that it will be possible to report on variables in the Eureka release, which hopefully will be available soon.

You can report on the table "sc_item_option_mtom"

Hi Pradeep,

I had tried reporting on this table before, but wasn't getting the information I needed.   Your screenshot did help and I an now able to get what I need and export it to Excel to further refine it.   Can't wait until Eureka!
