Control Attestation(Smart) not accessible in Workspace(GRC Task) via ESC for sn_grc.business.user

I created Control Attestation(Smart) for user who has sn_grc.business.user role. He is accessible to complete Attestation when he go to sn_smart_asmt_instance.LIST but when the user login to Employee centre and click on GRC Task he gets redirected to Workspace. Where he see the Attestation with count for example 1, but he could not find the record or not able to access the Attestation. Please refer the attached screenshot.


Note: If we give the user sn_smart_asmt.assessment_admin then only he is able to see the Attestation record.
But we have servicenow article where it state the minimum role required to respond to attestation form Employee Centre is sn_grc.business_user. Also there is no issue with the filter.
