How to configure the external facing Personal Data Rights form (Zurich)

My clients are interested in configuring the Personal Data Rights plugin for Privacy Management, in large part due to the external facing form that comes with the plug-in. 

They are on the Zurich release, and according to the product documentation - this form should be configurable. Personal Data Rights (PDR) external-facing form • Zurich Governance, Risk, and Compliance • Docs | S...

We can find the form itself in our development instance, but there's no obvious way to configure it. How do we do this?

In Left pane , check configure links are there in the same documentation for PDR. Configure it.

In my experience from installation of GRC Personal Data Rights in Zurich release. I could understand your problem. 

Review the link you have added from Zurich documentation, it is from section USE not CONFIGURE

Similarly check the below link which is for Australia release it has steps to configure the external portal.

Using ServiceNow Documentation I can install and leverage the public portal in PDI on Zurich release. 

1. Australia Release docs have configuration documentation not Zurich: Configure of external form is available on Australia release, link provided by you in Zurich is to USE the public portal.

2. PDR plugin should be 22.3.x or higher: If you check the Privacy management Australia release note, you can find the below information. 

External-facing PDR form configuration

• Starting from version 22.3.x of Personal Data Rights (PDR), privacy administrators can navigate to External form configuration to tailor the public-facing PDR form for their organization. They can map jurisdictions to data subject types and request types, and specify whether an authorized agent can submit a request on behalf of a data subject for each jurisdiction.
