I need to add a drilldown event in UI builder for a visualization report and indicator scorecard

I need to add a drilldown event in UI builder for a visualization report and indicator scorecard.

However, I cannot find the even handler "Advanced dashboards - Redirect" which mentioned on the following documentation. 

Is there any other way to achieve this drilldown
