Hi Team,

Could you please confirm that the complete licensing configuration for TPRM Standard is:

  • PROD20914 – TPRM Base
  • PROD20917 – TPRM Standard Transactions

Please also confirm:

  1. No additional TPRM module or user licence is required.
  2. External vendor respondents are covered by the transaction entitlement.
  3. Transactions are counted by actively managed third party or engagement per contract year.

The customer has provided 2,775 vendors and 5,550 transactions for Year 1. Please confirm whether the assumption of two transactions per vendor is valid.

Licencing is usually specific to each customer, the best option would be to check in with your ServiceNow Account team so that you have the accurate data.
