Learn about the value of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) metrics in your risk and compliance program in this Zoom recording.
GRC metrics are quantifiable data points used to track, measure, and analyze an organization's effectiveness in managing risks, adhering to regulations, and implementing policies. Key metrics include compliance training completion rates, risk assessment timeliness, number of policy exceptions, and incident response times, providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
While GRC indicators (often automated) monitor specific, real-time control effectiveness to trigger immediate alerts, GRC metrics (often manual or reporting-based) track broader, periodic trends, such as Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess overall program performance and risk exposure.

Hello,
I'm using the Washington release and have installed the Advanced Risk and GRC:Metric plugin. However, I still can't find the metric menu link to create metric definitions in the Risk workspace. Could you please assist me in figuring out if I've missed any steps?
