Change the default search operator of a field in ServiceNow instance from to 'Contains'.

Hi Team,

We have CI field on Incident form which is of reference type, when we search some thing on CI, it applies the filter automatically "STARTS WITH" but we want "contain". How can we achieve this?

For eg:- If i search "competitor" in CI field, it give me the result whose name start with "competitor". My requirement is if competitor is come any where (in the middle, in the last), it will displayed in the search box without *.
