Need to edit PIR report in SOW

Hi Team,

We have a report Post incident review report in SOW and same report in native view but layout and field is different

We need Configure the SOW report to be same as the native UI report.

How can we edit the PIR Report in SOW ?

SOW is not a report like native UI, It is a UI page where the data will auto populate based on the UI page script dynamic values. 

To make it simple both the views are different, In my opinion , better to to keep as is and because they both have the different ways of showing the PIR report. so better you should talk to users/stakeholder and explain the difference among those reports instead of customizing it.

what is the widget name used in SOW for PIR Report

it is not a widget as per the docs, it's UI page only.

You can create your own custom page and associate in the SOW as well. follow the below steps:

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > System UI > UI Pages and click New.
2. Create a UI page.
   For information on how to create a UI page, refer UI pages.
3. Navigate to Incident > Major Incident Properties.
4. In the PIR export ui page url (sn_major_inc_mgmt.pir_export_pdf_ui_page) property, enter the link of the new UI page.
5. Click Save.
   When you click the View Complete Report button, the new UI page opens.

I understood its a UI page but what the name for page created for SOW ?

UI Page name is "post_incident_report"
