Twilio otp validation

I have a requirement, on clicking a button, user should get an sms (OTP) from twilio. a popup is displayed and otp needs to be validated. I have done the linking between twilio and servicenow, I am able to receive sms on my phone..

how can I create otps and validate them if they are right or wrong?
