calculate Risk for Third part vendors

We have a requirement to calculate the Risk rating for a vendor using the formula below

Calculate the Inherent risk rating

Calculate the Vendor risk rating

Based on the inherent and vendor risk rating and the number of vendor issues, use a lookup matrix and then calculate the final vendor risk rating.

Is this achievable in TPRM, and how?

As per your requirement, it would be difficult to meet exact calculations , however, you can use Category Rating as mentioned in the Product Documentation :
