I have been asked to create an excel spread sheet with all the questions, responses, rating scale, weightage, metric scale to replicate the scoring in https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/zurich-governance-risk-compliance/page/product/grc-vendor-ris...
Basically IA wanted me to prove that the scoring/weightage entire SNOW risk scoring math is working as intended.
They wanted me to be able to output the same score on excel using the same responses.
Apart from entering each questions setup and pulling those information 1 question at a time.
Is there a functionality in SNOW to solve for this?
