Risk rating is not getting populated on vendor record and External assessments

I am facing issue with risk ratings.

When the assessment is closed, the risk rating is not getting populated on vendor record and External assessments.

Also, third party risk areas are also not getting attached to External assessments.

It is working fine on DEV instance but not on TEST instance.

I have also compared Third party risk areas, Scoring Rules, Risk Components on DEV and TEST. They are similar.

I am using Smart Assessments to generate the External Assessment

Please provide help

Hi @Vichitra Gupta If DEV and TEST truly match on the visible configuration, the highest-probability gap is usually one of these:

  • The questionnaire/template in TEST is not linked to the expected third-party risk area.

  • The TEST instance is missing the active risk rating scale or the mapping used by the scoring rule.

  • A custom automation that backfills the vendor record and assessment after close differs between instances.

Check them & see.
