ITSM & HR Demos

Hi everyone-

Just left Knowledge23 and super excited to bring back so much to my teams and execs.  

Being very new to SN, I was curious to know where I can locate 20 min demos of the basics of ITSM, HR & the Employee center for me to show my team?  I went to the demo section but it's more marketing images with glossed over portal usage.  

Was hoping for the team to be able to look at a demo on their own time vs. coordinating a demo for the masses.

Maybe a particular YT channel you all can recommend?

In general ServiceNow community have a lot of great youtube videos, but to find a demo for around 20 mins duration I think is impossible. Many of the different applications within ServiceNow require much more than 20 mins to fully understand. But take a look at these channels:

Hi Mark - thanks for coming to K23, glad you found it was worth the trip! Do you have an implementation partner or ServiceNow SC you're working with? Our partners have access to the same demos (and narratives) that our solution consultants do in our Demo Hub app. There is also ServiceNow Demo Center where you can watch both live and pre-recorded demos by workflow. Hope that helps!
