Predictive Problem Management anyone?

Hello All,

Has anyone done any work with building a Predictive Problem Management Process in the ServiceNOW dashboard?

Purpose:

To provide a and step-by-step framework for identifying, managing and reducing high impact failures within the environment

Outcomes:

To provide a prioritised list of actual or potential failures within infrastructure

To capture action plans linkage to Problem Management actions

To capture management signoff on CSI to remediate high impacting items

Focused on identifying potential infrastructure failures that may cause not only large volumes of lower grade incidents but also more severe severity 1's or 2's.   Goal to identify higher risk items and have action plans to address lower or remove risk.
