When I'm asked “What else can we do to gain more value from our current investment?”, my recommendation is to start by understanding how well you are currently using ServiceNow.
If you use HRSD or ITSM Pro, activate the Success Dashboard to reveal how your use of ServiceNow is driving performance in tangible areas such as self service, impact from AI, and user satisfaction scores.
See the ServiceNow Store for more information on the ITSM and HRSD Success dashboard. And if you are a ServiceNow Impact Guided customer, schedule your Jumpstart your Success Dashboard accelerator.
It will be great to hear of the performance trends you uncover and the initiatives you take to drive value from further improvement.

The KPIs are very helpful, and give insights on areas of improvement.
Totally recommend for enterprises.

A few questions with the HR Success Dashboard. 1. Why was it built using UI Builder?
2. Is it possible using ACL controls to limit the Service Group values? We’d like to limit or secure selection of “HR” from the service group dropdown. Thanks

1. Is it possible to add filters - to filter by COE, region, country etc? and
2, when a benefits COE runs its, can they only see benefits data or does it have to be configured addtionally?

I am working on a fedramp instance who cannot use Benchmarks. How can you use the Success Dashboard by not opting in for Benchmarks?
