Fantastic to have met you all in the Christchurch (November 16th 2023) , Auckland (November 20th) and Wellington (November 21st) NZ SNUG events.  Really appreciate everyone's attendance and engagement during the sessions.  As discussed I mentioned I would post a recording of my slide deck from the sessions and the slides themselves, on the 'thoughts around operating your ServiceNow platform for the maximum return to your organisation' and the pivotal concept of moving into Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and using ServiceNow from the project initiation into the journey across the enterprise.  Please find a recording here:

As discussed it would be great to continue to drive this initiative and understand any ways in which you have been able to move into this space and getting your ServiceNow platform being used for multiple business initiatives and value additions, using all the capabilities and versatility of your SerivceNow investment.  

I think the more collaboration and examples that we can connect together with will empower others to do the same.
