Add the value of a custom field to an activity as an additional comment

Hello,

When I save the value of a custom field, I would like to add it to an activity as an additional comment.

Please let me know how to accomplish this.

Can you try configuring the custom field in native UI like below & check it in workspace

& add your custom field in activities 

It should work..!!

Hello,

If I understood your requirement correctly you need to show the changed values of custom field on activity

Click on the filter beside the activity on native form:-

Bring the fields which you want to show:-

And save it. It will make the new fields values also appear in activity.
