Add UI action(UX) on the incident form in service operations workspace

we are transitioning from the Agent workspace to the Service operations workspace. Some UI action is not showing up on the incident form and would like to know how you can do it.

I request, dont compare agent WS to Operation WS. Both are different and has own way of working and enhancements. Here I can see the UI action

Yes @nebiata  it is my SOW only. The reason can be you don't have all required role or try to upgrade /update the plugins one time.
