We've enabled Agent Assist on record pages in Agent Workspaces created via Workspace Builder in AES. We want the search context to only point to certain Knowledge Bases, not ALL Knowledge Bases the user has access to, as each context is tailored to a certain LOB. We created a new Action Assignment and a Table Configuration record for a custom table with a custom Search context but Agent Assist is still pointing to OOB Action Assignments/Search Context. How do we point Agent Assist to our custom configurations in each workspace?
