Hi,
I’m currently working on a requirement where I need to set up a new tag similar to the VIP tag. I’ve configured it at the platform level, but I’m facing an issue at the workspace level.
When I check the incident form in Service Operations Workspace, I see that a VIP icon/tag appears on the Caller field.
However, I’m unable to trace where this is configured or coming from.
If anyone is familiar with how this tag is set up or where it is defined in the SOW, please guide me. This will help me configure the new tag in the same way.

I believe this is out-of-the-box (OOTB) and part of the core code, but still, give it a try by checking the Highlight module.
