Can't upload attachment to new record

Hi community,
I found weird behaviour on Next Experience Workspace. When I open new Invoice (sn_shop_invoice) I can’t upload new attachment (logged as admin). However it is allowed by default (page isn’t customised for new record). ACLs are ok, I even tried to add create ACL for snc_internal (for invoice and sys_attachment).Only possible reason I found is that GraphQL returns "canCreate = false" which for me looks like ACL issue, however that doesn’t make sense (works fine in backend).
