can we hide Page Tab on configurable workspace?

Hi

i have created a custom configurable workspace intend to make it availavle for itil users and change managers

i have created two tabs on workspace and components inside it

i am trying to make change tab visible for only users with role/group belong to change managers and hide it for normal itil users

Is this feasible to hide tab based on user criteria?
