Cannot see Other User's "Mi List" in Service Operations Workspace when impersonate

We want to see other user's "My List" by Impersonating the user but cannot see any.

I want to know reason why.

Hi @KellyLewins,

Are you certain that the user has anything under the My Lists?

I can see other users' My Lists after the impersonation.

If possible, can you try to log in (not impersonate) as the other users and see if they have their own list?

Hi @KellyLewins ,

You will need to check if the users whom you are impersonating has "MY Lists" created for themselves or not.
