Hi Kiran,

You'll need to use UI Builder for this. Make a variant of the 'Knowledge View SNC' page within the Service Operations Workspace experience. Then access Client scripts, select showNotificationOnArticleLoad and change the text as needed. Be sure to update the order of the page so it takes precedence over the OOB read-only page (refer to attachment).
