Changing color of UI action in Next Experience Workspaces

Hi, can anyone tell me what's the appropriate way of changing the background color of a custom UI action added to the Next Experience Workspaces?

Hi,

If you are looking for OOTB colors (Primary, destructive or unstyle) you can use the Form Style or list style in your UI ACTIONS and it’s change the background color.
