Context ranking Fields Assignment issue

Hello all,


The Context Ranking in List Administration is in use in the organization I am working for, and my BA has raised a cosmetics column alignment issue (see screenshot except illustration below) that the Columns shown are not aligning with the data, and with some Community post research and Context Ranking, I really did not see an easy setting that can fix it so I was wondering if any suggestion on this field alignment occurrence,

Troubleshooting steps

1) The Rank definition has been rebuilt with the same alignment occurrence

2) The Ranking definition table does not exist in my PDI on Washington DC release though I suspect this might be a OOB design behavior since it was created in early release back in 2018

 

3) There is very little discussion about ListSortWindow Client Script API at least from my observations on the Community so any advice would be appreciated.

 

Anyhow, I guess this would be a by-design since it seems the Workspace ranking offers a flash look of ranking experience but I wonder if anyone experiences the same?

This looks like a platform bug to me. I can remember similar issues with lists in the past. My recommendation would be to reach out to ServiceNow Technical Support via NOW Support portal.

Thanks Slava, I have the same thought as well, and will work with my BA to see if we decided to reach out to HI next.
