I can't quite tell from the screenshot which page you're on, and the answer changes a fair bit depending on which one it is.

If it's the tile picker you get when creating a change, the tiles themselves are records. Each one is a change model, and the pre approved group comes from your standard change templates, so adding or renaming a tile is just editing those. The group headings above the tiles are the awkward part. As far as I know they aren't config at all, they're sitting in the sn_chg_model_ui.landing.app UI script as message keys. You can edit it, but it's a store app, so expect that change to come back at you on upgrade. I haven't checked that on the newest versions.

If you actually mean the Overview tab on the change record in Service Operations Workspace, that one is properly configurable. Change, then Overview, then Workspace Configuration, and work through the container record and its cards.

1. Which page is it, the tile picker when you create a change, or a tab on the change record itself?

2. Native UI or a workspace, and if it's a workspace, which one?

3. Which release, and roughly which version of the change management store apps?

4. By sections do you mean the headings above groups of tiles, or sections on a form?

If that works for you, mind marking it as the recommended solution? Helps me support these better for the community.

Hi @MartinM_ ,

Open UI Builder and navigate to the Components tab. In the Label field, search for Create change.

Open the Create change component and modify it according to your requirements.
