there is OOB Configurable Workspace that is ready-to-use with the Inbox of Advanced Work Assignment.

If you want to create your own custom Workspace, setting up the Inbox is not so straightforward as it could be.

There's certainly a lot to it but I'll give it a go.

If you could create a Fix Script that did all this, i.e., copy the records and update the references, essentially creating a 'create inbox app', I reckon you could stick it on the store and make some £$€!

Hi Jan - I tried following your step and able to copy almost everything. But facing issue while copying chrome_toolbar. Now the application - 'sn-components-omnichannel-interaction' is private and it's not letting me create a new chrome_toolbar record for my custom workspace. Since, the application is private, I can't create any new record in this application and I believe because of that the chat is not working for me. Can you please have a look if you get time?

Hi Jan - Never mind. I think chrome_toolbar is working fine. I missed the parent macroponent in the agent chat shell and updated it. I am able to make it work in the custom workspace. Loads of Thanks. You've done the impossible.
