Custom Properties page on workspace

Hi ServiceNow Community,

There is a requirement as part of my project to add custom properties page module on the workspace under particular list category. #Workspace, # Supplier LifeCycle, #Supplier LifeCycle Workspace

Right now workspaces are targeted at fulfillers whereas a properties page is typically an admin activity. I would push back on this requirement because creating a custom properties page would be a pretty heavy lift in workspace. This seems like a standard requirement when you're using the core UI because it's so easy to create those pages, but probably shouldn't be a requirement currently with workspaces.
