Data & Visualization option unavailable after initial configuration (UI Builder)

In ServiceNow UI Builder, after successfully adding an initial data visualization, the option to add additional data resources or visualizations is no longer visible. The interface currently only displays 'saved' data and visualizations. Could you clarify the workflow for adding multiple unique data sources to a single page?
