I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

ahoy @NIKILESUVART,
that has happened to me as well, my PDI was under unscheduled maintenance for 9+ days and I was worried that I was going to lose everything... however when I went with the /login.do I had the chance to log in even during the ongoing maintenance and I have backed everything up, released and requested a new one. But before doing so be really sure that you have everything saved (different scopes, data).
Also, 502 is an instance in unavailable state and doesn't necessarily be related to maintenance, I have written this and I believe it will explain it in details: [GF#5] PDI in Offline state: Resolving Error 502 Bad Gateway
Let me know if that helped
