Data Resources available on a Record Page in UI Builder

Hello:

In working through building my custom workspace and reviewing the articles from the Workplace COE I noticed that the Record page in the OOB workspaces have different and many more Data Resources than what I get when I create a Record page from the Standard Record template. I have not yet hit an obstacle in using my record page but I am just wondering why the Standard Template would not include all the Data Resources. Image 1 is from the record page of my customer workspace and Image 2 is from the Service Operations workspace.

Appreciate any insight others have to offer.

Hi Mahesh, the data resource on the new standard record page template is a newer, controller-type data resource and should have all of the functionality from the earlier record pages. We've consolidated that functionality together and auto-wired it to components to make the form components easier to work with.

The oob workspaces like SOW should eventually uptake the new standard record page and controller functionality into their record pages. You're on the right track using the SRP template.

Awesome! Thanks Brad! What got be a bit confused was that as we have upgraded our instances to Tokyo I assumed that all OOB workspaces would use the latest version of the pages. Thanks again!
