Defaulting the Global search in SOW (Service Operations Workspace)

Hello Service now family,

 

                        I've received a new requirement from the client related to service operations workspace. They would like Global search to be set as the default search option, even in Service operations workspace view / page. As I'm new to workspace, I'd appreciate your guidance on how to implement this.

Hi @arunkulal 

 

I'm not sure where this default setting has been configured, but I think once a user ticks the box, it will be set as their preference.

How to set Global Search to Global scope ONLY after impersonation for a particular user.
