Disable the Ability to Turn off System Notifications

Hi All,

We have a requirement to disallow our users from turning off all notifications via the master toggles in the notification preferences window.

We have run into issues where people are turning this toggle off without realizing this means they will no longer receive any notifications from the system, causing people to think the system is broken. I have tried setting the "Force Delivery" field on the notifications that should always send, however this does not override the master switches.

We also want to maintain the ability to toggle off the notifications that are optional under the advanced preferences section.

I am unable to find anything about where the settings for these master toggles live so any help would be appreciated.

Will this also disable the "System Notifications" toggle? In my testing turning that off did not set the sys_user.notification field to disabled. Only "Allow Notifications" modified that field.

My be submit a now support case to see where that is update is kept. It has to be in the system somewhere.
