I have a custom page on the UI builder which is a duplicate of default CSM record page. I want to show an alert when my response message field has a value. This value will change twice in the backend. I have created an alert but that is not going away. How can i create an alert for this requirement.
When i click on a button the field response message will get the text " Action started" and after few seconds it will show either completed or failed message. I want to display this on the csm workspace.
